Ironman UK (Bolton)

This is a FREE 12 week training programme you can use as guidance ready for Ironman UK (Bolton).

This programme is aimed at the triathlete who can commit to approximately 14 to 16 hrs of training.

Swim = 3 hours
Bike = 7 hours
Run = 3 to 4 hours
Gym/other 2 hours

You do have the ability to swap and change session if the current layout does not suit your current needs,
