Regardless if you have premium or the free version – Xhale can be set up to auto sync with your Garmin connect account (and all of our other linked partners) so that your training will automatically drop into the diary for you. Make a few notes on each of your sessions and logging your training really is that simple.
If you upload data for your session then you can view it and analyse the session in Xhale with this simple graphic and charts. The map feature is easy to view and you can inspect the data with different functions and tools for example making your own laps and comparing segments.
The end of week summary includes a pie chart showing how much of your planned training was completed and graphs to visually show the % of your training in each sport or each training zone. Then you can also see charts which show you how many hours/km you trained for each of swim/bike/run and gym each week.
Our training diary is easy to digest at a glance with icons showing you which sessions were for each of the disciplines and what intensity they were intended to be at.
